Theo and his son, Lucas, and his daughter, Raegan, moved in next door about 8 years ago. Avery is the girl next door and has had a crush on the older man next door since he moved in. Avery and Lucus are the best of friends and have just graduated college, so they are celebrating. When Avery sneaks put to see Theo, she starts something that will have to stay a secret because she doesn't want to lose her best friend. I really enjoyed this story! I loved how much Theo and Avery just worked together. I also liked how the conflict with Lucus was resolved at the end! Received an ARC and give my honest review
