3.75 rounded up for GR This was an enjoyable start to what I think will be an epic series. I found it hard to read at times, particularly when it was overly descriptive. It took me out of the story at times and I found myself struggling to get back in it. Nonetheless, this was a good book. I liked the world building but on occasion, a lot of information was provided and was quite overwhelming. For me, the best part was the characters. I'm here for Dayraven's little found family.
