  Kate Foster has firmly cemented herself as an instant buy author for me. The Mourning Necklace just solidifies this for me. Like her other two books, I could not stop reading about Maggie's story. While heartbreaking, the story felt far too real and modern despite it taking place in the 18th century. Beautifully written ❤️
