I’m not usually a fan of unreliable narrators, but this one had me gripped from the very beginning. I thought I knew what was going on... turns out I was completely wrong. Such an incredible, haunting story. I can’t wait to yap about it to my husband lol

I got to the first chapter with the cat and thought... this is going to be a chore and it was. I clued on quickly with what was happening, some small twists that made me think "huh, how about that?" but nothing that threw me or made me think wow!!! Only reason I kept reading was because it was a small book. The idea was clever but this book wasn't for me.
