Y'all. I think I'm actually in shock. I really didn't think I'd love this book, but here we are. I genuinely loved the wording in this book, and I loved the magical parts of this. Everything was genuinely so wonderful in this book, and I can't express exactly how much I loved it. I don't even have the words, so I'm going to keep this very short and sweet. I give it 5/5 stars and a spot on the Hall of Fame shelf.

This book was pure magic. A whimsical, enchanting escape with stunning world-building and an adorable cast of characters. The pacing is fast, making it impossible to put down, and I love that this is a standalone. So many fantasy books stretch into long series, but this story feels perfectly contained - rich, immersive, and satisfying all on its own. Mina and Shin are everything. Their sunshine x grumpy dynamic was one of my favorite parts of the book. Sweet, heartfelt, and full of just the right amount of tension. Adorable.
