The original book felt boring to me, and the author writes as if he’s presenting an academic study rather than a book for general readers. Honestly, if he had written it in the same straightforward style as this summary, it would have been much better. My key takeaways: 1. Avoid using LED screens, especially later in the day. 2. Use warmer, dimmer lighting in the evenings. 3. Avoid consuming caffeine after 13:00. 4. Keep your bedroom cool — ideally around 20–22°C. 5. Try not to rely on alarms. 6. Avoid sleeping pills. 7. Don’t go to bed overly full or hungry. 8. Alcohol may help you fall asleep faster, but natural, non-alcohol-induced sleep is healthier.
