For those of you that have never had the pleasure of knowing my grandmother, I recommend reading this book and its sequel, “Continued Pursuit.” Rachel Gripp was a remarkable, well-traveled, and witty woman whom I admired more than anyone else. Even into her eighties, she was a firecracker and incredibly intelligent. She leaves remnants of her personality behind in her work, as well as her worldly experience which further makes her stories as incredible as they are. You’ll fall in love with the characters as I have, the concept, and so much more. I promise you this is worth the read. (Rest in peace, Grandma, 1935-2020 ❤️)
