Scarlett just turned 18 and has been thrown a huge birthday party by her parents. There was a bunch of entertainment and performers present, along with former boyband member, Tate Ramsey. In a series of events, she ends up kissing Tate. After the party, she is overwhelmed with the amount of attention that came from the kiss and isn't sure what to do about it. All she knows is that she wants to do something different and interesting with her life. When Tate asks her to be his fake girlfriend to help restart his music career, she eventually agrees. They have to pretend, and it eventually becomes too easy for them both. I really enjoyed this story! I have loved everything I've read by Monica, and this was no different. Received an ARC and give my honest review
