This was, simply put, a masterpiece. Ayana wove such an incredible tale of Medusa and her sisters, I absolutely love how Medusa (known as Meddy) is portrayed and how her character evolves through the story. I enjoyed reading about her time at Athena’s temple and seeing her connection with the owl. I am absolutely here for Medusa’s rage (I’m a huge fan of feminine rage) and I will forever hate Poseidon after what he did to her. The ending was so heartfelt, it came full circle to the prologue, and then the epilogue had me in tears.
