Quoting another review, "for years (thousands of them actually) great thinkers have pondered the question, if a total asshole is trapped under something heavy and their legs are being eaten by a bear is that ok, or should we feel sorry for them?" The protagonist is a perfect sociopath with a platinum trophy in every -ist possible, and while the author managed to show why he turned out this way, I was heavily inclined to root for the bear. The writing is very witty, and the book has some good satire of corporate culture, but, all in all, I don't know what the grand point was. The author managed to pull off a great ending, though. A+.
