Jen is dragged to live in a dilapidated old house that her father is set to care for over the winter. She instantly has reservations about the house and its history. And after hearing all the creepy stories from some locals, she is even more freaked out. I felt like this was a pretty good story. I did however expect a little more from it. I was expecting more of a horror story versus a thriller with some creepy aspects. Overall, I enjoyed it and plan to read more by the author.
