Quinn finds out that her husband has been cheating on her and quickly decides to leave him. She ends up in Hawaii and plans to enjoy her time awaiting her divorce. She meets Kai and they develop a friendship. He teaches her to surf and introduces her to his friend and family. They grow closer and closer and while Kai is normally a playboy, he grows deeper feelings for Quinn. I absolutely loved this story! I loved seeing Quinn build herself back up after dealing with her ex and how Kai supported her the whole time. I also loved how quickly and wholly everyone welcomed Quinn into their circle. I was so happy to finally get Kai’s story because I just loved him so much and getting to know him more just reiterated why. He was such a fun and flirty guy, but so caring and was always there for those he cared about. Received an ARC and give my honest review
