3.75 stars rounded up. The title tells you all you need to know. This was a comfort read. The small town autumn atmosphere of Cedar Falls was cosy and had me settled for a cute easy read. I enjoyed both characters as there was actual depth to them. Both brought something to the story and their chemistry was believable. I just wish there was maybe some more buildup. I felt there was more showing than telling. I'm not overly fond of some of the tropes in this (third act breakup) but nonetheless, still enjoyed the ride.
