I read it bc I was intrigued by the topics addressed which are unusual for romance novels, but I thought that with how much detail it spent talking about the characters coming to terms with infertility having it turn into a generic <spoiler>man rewarded with baby for unselfishly marrying woman who thinks she can't have children </spoiler> plot was very disappointing and probably undercuts the escapism for the readers who might have picked it up hoping for something more relatable. They should have <spoiler>adopted</spoiler>, it would make much more sense, but I guess that's against the Harlequin laws (a reason I don't usually pick up HQs).
