A little conservative for my tastes, and had some other things that annoyed me, like the obligatory Big City Skank Ex Wife Who Just Couldn't Handle Good Old Country Livin' (I expected her to be relevant to the plot at some point but she never was, so I don't see why that couldn't have just been a failed engagement, or, here's a thought, not there at all!). But I liked that the stalker villain was a cop, since cops are so often almost sacred in contemps and police violence/overreach are either ignored or narratively encouraged. I also appreciates that that the heroine's concerns are treated seriously by the narrative and the hero. The tension around her struggling to let down her boundaries, him respecting her signalled boundaries, and both of them being wildly attracted to each other was nice.
