Pepper is the owner of the sex club, Lush. Bale is hired to gather information about Pepper and then disappear, but before he does, he needs a piece of Pepper. He meets her at the bar of her club and convinces her to let him in her private room for the night. This night is one Pepper will never forget. They enjoy their night, but Pepper wakes up alone, and Bale has vanished. When Bale comes back after 3 weeks, she finds out she is in danger and why. She is so overwhelmed with this new information and must make a quick decision. I really enjoyed this story and how there was a bit of mystery to it. Received an ARC and give my honest review
