Laina is supposed to be getting married, but when she realizes that would be a huge mistake, she runs away. At first, she doesn't know where to go, but quickly makes a decision to run to the only place she knows she'll be safe. When Luke gets home to find his ex-girlfriend, Laina, sitting on his couch in her wedding dress, he is shocked, to say the least. He agrees to let her stay. When they finally realize that they are both never stopped loving the other, they are quick fall into bed together. Hoping things will work out this time, they agree to try again, but when some secrets are revealed, Laina is taken aback. I absolutely loved this story! Laina needed some space to find herself and decide what was best for her. I'm so glad she gained the confidence to stand up for herself. Luke was amazing. He only wanted her to be happy and went as car as hurting himself to ensure she was, or so he thought. These two deserved all the happiness together! Received an ARC and give my honest review
