Garrett Haven is a single dad and a cop, so he doesn't have the time for dating. Harper Tilburn has moved to Tilikum to take over her aunt's bakery. She's sworn off dating until her bad luck curse runs out. But when she finally meets Garrett, her bad luck seems to change. They both decide that they want to try this relationship thing out, especially when they get some surprise news. I loved this story so much! Garrett and Harper were so perfect for one another. Like many of Claire's books, I loved the thriller aspect and couldn't wait to figure out what would happen next. Received an ARC/ALC and give my honest review
