When Harper, a preschool teacher, wants to prove a point to one of her students about cows and milk, she reaches out to the owner of OHares Ranch, Andrew, about a field trip. He agrees and they arrange the trip. During the trip, they flirt a bit and seem to have chemistry. For the next few years, Harper ends up at the ranch with a class, and each time, she and Andrew flirt but are always interrupted. Until she's finally there outside of work and they are able to spend some time together. I think this was my favorite novella in the Holinight series. I loved their banter and chemistry so much.
