Carys is Tate's best friend and has her own plant care business that she's trying to get off the ground. Gannon is the grumpy, oldest Brewer brother and CEO of their company. When Carys literally runs into Gannon on her way to pitch her business to him, they end up flirting, and he agrees to think about her proposal. After a lot of back and forth, Gannon agrees to her proposal, and she starts right away. They see each other all the time, and Gannon is having trouble keeping his feelings in check. I loved this story so much! I love a good Grumpy-Sunshine moment. Gannon has way more layers than meets the eye, and it was nice to see him grow. I loved Carys and her personality so much! While she wasn't looking for her forever, she definitely got it and a good one at that. Received an ARC and give my honest review
