Flynn Roberts was one of the top male surfers in the world, but got injured and now coaches. He's in town for Maui Pipe and is hoping to get a nice break before he has to start coaching his overbearing client. Alana Hale is an up and coming surfer that has earned herself a spot for Maui Pipe as an amateur. When she and Flynn meet, they hit it off and agree to a one night stand. However, neither one wants it to end after their first time and can't keep away from the other. But when Alana finds out who Flynn is, they know they need to stay away from each other. But it's harder than it should be for both of them, until they agree to see each other in secret because they just want to be together. I loved this story! After losing the only father figure she's known, Alana doesn't even know if she wants to keep surfing, but Flynn helps her realize how good she really is and encourages her to do it. I loved seeing their chemistry and feelings grow. Alana and Flynn are just so good for each other and make each other happy! Received an ARC and give my honest review
