After finding her groom cheating on her with her sister, Sunny runs out of her wedding and finds herself heading to Valentine, Texas. When there is no place for her to stay, Colt Valentine offers for her to stay in his home mid-restoration. They fall into a good routine of working on the house and spending some time together. While they are both attracted to each other, Sunny knows she's not staying so she doesn't want to get attached. But her time in Valentine opens her eyes to more of what life has to offer. I really enjoyed this story! While Colt knew from the moment he saw Sunny that they would be together, Sunny needed them to get used to the idea. And I loved that Colt never rushed her. He showed her over and over again that she was more then enough! I also love how the Valentine's were so accepting and loving towards Sunny. Received an ARC and give my honest review
