Dane Campbell has a genius level IQ and billionaire. He loves to travel and explore the world. He’s planning to enjoy his last week in Paris before settling down for a year in Seattle for a teaching job he agreed to. He meets a couple, Hannah and Ethan, and is instantly drawn to them. He feels a connection that he hasn’t felt in years. They enjoy their time and Hannah and Ethan end up leaving without a trace, leaving Dane feeling empty. But when he is pleasantly surprised to find them both in his class, all he feels is hope. I absolutely loved this story. I felt that Dane was thought to be this fun-loving guy with no cares or worries in the world, when in reality he was just going through the motions. I loved how much Hannah saw Dane and just understood him. I also loved that Dane tried to make Ethan comfortable at every turn. He didn’t want to push him away but knew what he needed to feel comfortable. Received an ARC and give my honest review
