Natalie will soon be a widow when her much older husband ends up with a deadly parasite after their vacation together. When her husband’s son, Henry, shows up after years of being disowned, he is convinced Natalie had something to do with it. They argue and in the heat of the moment, she winds up pregnant with Henry’s baby. In order to maintain the lifestyle she’s used to and ensure her child is always taken care of, she must pass the baby off as her husband’s with some help from Henry. I really enjoyed reading this one. I felt that Natalie wasn’t just the typical trophy wife or gold digger. While she didn’t marry for love, she wasn’t in a horrible marriage. I also liked that even though Henry was disowned, he still made sure to be there for Natalie and the baby. As always, Brooke could write anything and I would eat it up! Received an ARC and give my honest review
