Mac is at Oktoberfest when she sees a beautiful woman, Sara Jayne, chasing after a wild goose. He instantly steps in to help and saves the day and the goose from being the next meal at the festival. Sara Jayne and Mac end up in a situation where they agree to pretend to be engaged to ensure a place for the goose and Sara Jayne. I really enjoyed this story. I loved getting a little prequel and glimpse into the Kingmans' family. I loved that Sara Jayne was so confident, and it only grew throughout the story. I also loved the chemistry between Mac and Sara Jayne from the beginning. They just seemed to fit so well together and helped support the other so much.
