During the first time reading this, I rated it 4 stars and I think I'm gonna have to stick to that rating following my reread. While this book is well done and a great continuation of Morgan's story, I did feel like it slowed down midway through the book. There is just something about it that didn't draw me in as much as the first one. However, I still loved seeing Morgan grow as a person and sorceress. She learns to forgive, to love, to concede and to live with grief whilst also finding comfort and power in her rage. I love Morgan Le Fay, I will be sad to read the final book and say goodbye to her.
