★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessa Hastings delivers another intense, character-driven story with Daisy Haites. I loved how this book ran parallel to Magnolia Parks, offering fresh insights into Christian's feelings and decisions. While the first book was more focused on the characters' emotions, this one leaned into a gripping, plot-driven narrative, with the Mafia elements adding high stakes and keeping me on edge. The found family dynamics were heartwarming and beautifully written, making the characters feel even more connected. Daisy and Christian’s chemistry is undeniable—they’re just meant to be. A must-read for anyone who loves romance with a touch of danger and drama!
