Ford and Sydney meet while out with friends and end up back at Ford’s place. In the morning, on her way out accidentally meets Ford’s daughter, Everly (as Hannah’s friend). They hit it off. Hannah take Sydney home and talks her into applying to be Everly’s nanny but not to tell Ford (she does). She ends up with the job after choosing Everly over a relationship with Ford, and is so good with Everly. Ford and Sydney try to keep their feelings in check but eventually can’t fight it anymore. They tell Everly and she’s so happy. After an accident that injuries Ford and Everly, Ford reveals a secret to his family. I loved this book so much! I loved how Ford just loved his daughter and wanted to protect her always. The ending twist just makes you love him even more! There is something about a man loving his kid(s). ❤️❤️
