Troy is ex-military and now works for Landry Security. He's grumpy and the epitome of a bad boy. Dahlia is sunshine and rainbows, and Troy's assistant. After breaking up with her boyfriend and dealing with his insistent texts, she thinks that's the worst of her problems. But when she gets a threatening email, she goes straight to Troy for help. The solution is to get out of town for a while, and they end up in Lincoln Landry's vacation home with only one bed. I've been waiting for a story about Troy for so long, and I loved it so much! I loved how Dahlia pulled the man out of his shell and showed him all her love! Their mutual trust in each other was the best. He got to a point where he could tell her anything. And she knew that he would always be there to protect her. Received an ARC and give my honest review
