4.5 ⭐ I think I liked this book even more than Devil Mine. I definitely liked Matteo more his OTT obsessiveness was off the charts. I loved that he didn't even touch a woman after their encounter a year and a half before. He was hot and his dirty talk...... It was interesting that this book took place in the same timeline as the first book. Though it could have been shorter, I nevertheless enjoyed reading. You could feel the couple's love & emotion throughout the book; it was intense. I even cried when Valentina told him she was engaged. Their connection was powerful, spicy, and well-written.
