3.5 ⭐ This was a good finish to Jen & Luciu's story. Jen was a bit more likable in this story but her materialism was still bothersome throughout most of the book. There were some parts intentionally left out, which made me wonder why include them at all if they were going to be skipped over. Like when Padriagh arrives at Aofie & Finn's apartment while Jen is there, and it ends with her hearing his voice. We don't know if she even saw him. Also, it was a bit weird that her ex was involved in a kidnapping ring that just happened to have kidnapped the half-brother she didn't know about. This book was on the lower spice side, though Luciu is romantic & sweet as ever. Joe Arden did a great job narrating Luciu. The Sicilian phrases were chef's kiss.
