The growing barbarian tribe is about to celebrate No-Poison Day, a time of love, laughter and gifts. But all Elly wants is for her mate to be at her side before the brutal season arrives. All Bek wants is a way to quickly return to his female despite the mountains between them.

The focus is on just a few couples: Bek & Ellie, Aehako & Kira Raahosh & Liz, Rukh & Harlow and to a lesser extent Rokak and Lilah. Both Bek and Ellie struggle with being apart for so long. Ellie can't bear to be apart from Bek much longer she is getting more depressed with his prolonged absence. Rokan senses Bek, Aehako & himself are needed back at their village. Once Bek returns back to the village he vows never to leave Ellie's side that if he has to leave for a bit he will take her with him. Erevair was so cute, emulating Bek to help Ellie by taking a bite of food first so she feels safe to eat it and making sure her fire is going. Rokan got back just in time for Lilah to give birth. Aehako and Kira resonated for the 2nd time; he was so worried he had to get back for something bad. Raahosh & Rukh wanted to make their wives Liz & Harlow less sad since they know how much they miss their kids who were back at the village. So they sought the advise of the other humans at the coast to see what holiday traditions they could do for their mates to celebrate No Poison Day with them.
