This is an enjoyable story. Anya sees something she isn't supposed to. Normally, Saverio would kill any witnesses, but he doesn't with her. He doesn't kill her and decides to take her life in a different way Saverio is obsessed, protective, tender; his actions say everything about how he feels about Anya and her baby. He wants to love and treat her baby as his own, and he also plans on controlling her and making her his own as well. When he finds out she is pregnant from a one night stand, it doesn't bother him in the least. It is so sweet that he doesn't drink alcohol or coffee in front of her (because she can't have it) and goes out in the middle of the night to pick up what she needs to satisfy her pregnancy cravings. He does everything he can to try and make her happy and keep her safe in her new situation. Anya is very independent and has had a very rough life because of her mother. Anya doesn't see how much Sav cares about her or how much Sav wants to protect her. *“You bet. And yes, I’m going to be your god.
