A short Novella that was enjoyable. Lucy likes Rektar, who is a Port Custodian on Risda, she brings him homemade food daily. However, Rektar is clueless that Lucy likes him. He is very mindful of the course he took on how to treat human women for his position. That, however, isn't always correct information, and he doesn't pick up on the signs Lucy has been throwing at him that she is interested in him. Rektar is a shy and by the book kind of alien who loves Lucy's cooking. Lucy, a curvy, sweet heroine, gets tired of Rektar not taking the hint that she is into him, so she asks him for help in finding a husband. He doesn't like the idea of Lucy with another guy, one bit.
