I absolutely loved how determined Helen was to be with Mathiras. Mathiris treats her initially like she couldn't possibly know what she wants because of not knowing much, since she only woke up as a clone a couple of years ago. He calls her a kid, and that pisses her off, he does apologize when she confronts him about it and makes him see the error of his thinking. Helen is sweet, innocent, naive, guileless, clingy, cheerful but also quite determined, forthright and can be quite naughty. She is extremely protective of Mathiras and loves being his bodyguard, also shocking how murdery she can be. Helen wants Mathiras quite fiercely and is always trying to get him to give in and have sex with her. She absolutely adores Mathiras from the beginning, and he tries to fight the attraction but eventually loses. He does try to convince her to try to take things slowly once he agrees to start a relationship. Adiron is quite comical in how he tries to encourage her to be aggressive with Mathiras in getting him to be intimate with her. I really have enjoyed this series it is one of my favorites after IPB of course. She’s a gift, and one I intend to cherish every day for the rest of my keffing life.
