3.5 ⭐ This was a unique captive story. He did not set out to capture her, he had to keep her at his house out of necessity because of her not going to the police with what she saw while peeking in his window. There were dark aspects to the story, but the relationship between the MCs was not. Though he was likely a sociopath, he did not want to hurt Kat and ended up loving her. The character development could be a bit better, but I liked the story and the ending.
