Until It Was Love

Pippa Grant

There are a million reasons why I shouldn’t date Fletcher Huxley. While he might have the good kind of thunder thighs, intriguing tattoos, and a booty of steel, he also holds the top position on my very short nemesis list thanks to what happened the first time we met.

After being traded from his rugby team in the UK, Fletcher moves to Copper Valley and wants to help get rugby more popular in the States. He's struggling to connect with his team and worries that he's not good enough to play anymore. Goldie is a life coach and is leaving for London in a month. She decides to make the most of her time before leaving and starts to spend time with Fletcher. They grow closer and just understand each other on a level that others don't. As time goes by, it's closer to Goldie leaving, and neither her nor Fletcher know what to do about the feelings that have developed for each other. I absolutely loved this story! I always love Pippa's books. They are always so funny, and this was no different. Fletcher and Goldie's banter and competiveness were so fun to read. I also loved reading about how they both slowly realized they deserved and were worthy of being loved. Received an ARC and give my honest review
