Oh my God, this was actually so cute, I loved it. I forgot how much I loved Georgie and Vektal until I read this. I love them so much. I think it was a really cute, fun, easy to read novella, and I can’t wait to read Liz and Raahosh’s novella! Overall, I give it 4.5/5 stars, and I’d probably read it again, just for fun.

This was a short, sweet story with the beloved first couple from this series. Georgie needed some closure on the past and to come to terms with the fate of a few of her fellow humans. And of course, Vektal is supportive as ever (a perfect mate). I didn’t mean—wait, you’d leave with me? Just like that?” I shrug. “I would be sad to leave my people behind, but you are my mate. You come first in all ways.”
