This book had it all: fish puns, fake dating, and a fast pace. I thought it was entertaining, though definitely a commentary on how easy it is to get wrapped up in our own lives and reach towards our own goals and forget the bigger picture. I love the whole film-connection aspect of this book; it really did make it read like a rom-com with fantastical qualities. While my little romantic heart wasn’t toooo happy with the ending, I understand that it’s for the best. Sigh.
