This book was fine, not really memorable or special or anything. I must say it now has been four days since I have read this and I don't remember much about the story. I do remember the main plot and the plot twist at the end was nice addition to create some depth in the story. I did really enjoy the dark forces series of K.M. Moronova and hoped that with fantasy involved this would be totally something I would enjoy. I do find with her books that the endings are hit or miss. This was not terrible, but def not one of her better books in my opinion.
