Okay, so I didn't enjoy this one as much as I'd hoped to, but I did still enjoy it. I actually liked Allie more than Dean. He just ... didn't live up to Garrett or Logan, which sucks, but there's still Tucker 🤭. I'm very excited for his book. I'm also excited for Summer's book! She's a really interesting character. I also already knew about that one thing that happened, so I didn't cry, but I did still enjoy the book. So, overall, I give it 4.5/5 stars, and I'm excited to continue!

I enjoyed this story for the most part. I absolutely loved the first two books in this series, and I love Dean and Allie too, the story just did not get me as much as the other two books. It felt a little slow at times and I needed to get myself to continue reading and not getting distracted by everything else in life. Again I did love Dean and Allie, their chemistry was really good and the way their story ended was beautifully written. No complaints about that. THE CURVEBALL THAT ELLE THREW US WITH BEAU PASSING IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND DEAN STRUGGLING WITH THAT?!?!?! I was sobbing and felt this pain so deeply. The pain of losing a friend, let alone a best friend... Elle Kennedy really captured this beautifully within this story. I just did not see this one coming My rating might change in a few days to 4 stars, but that felt a little too high for now.
