I enjoyed the beginning of the story. The first couple of primal chases were really good. If there was ever such a thing as a cozy primal play, this would be it. By no means would I ever classify this as a dark romance. There was not much of a plot. The MCs were both afraid to voice their feelings for each other. Their relationship definitely needed more development outside of chase scenes and watching a tv show together. The book slowed towards the end. The smut was good, but a bit repetitive. I definitely would have preferred it without the epilogue, which seemed rather out of place.
