Greer, the Comets’ grumpy goalie, needs a date to his mother’s wedding and makes a deal with Stevie to get her to be said date. Stevie will do anything for her daughter, Macie, so she agrees to be Greer’s date when he offers to coach Macie. Stevie (and Macie) and Greer start spending more and more time together and realize they both enjoy each other’s company but they are just supposed to be having fun, nothing serious. I loved this book so much! I love Macie’s sass so much and how her and Greer interact!
