I never thought I'd be reading about a serial killer and an FBI agent but here we are. Honestly this was actually really enjoyable! I really like Lana and I love Logan. I think this'll be a really easy series to get through, and I'm very excited to continue. 3/5 stars!

I don't know why I waited so long to read this series. After finishing this first book, I dove right into book 2. Lana is an absolutely fantastic FMC. What are the odds of a serial killer having a meet cute with the FBI agent investigating her? Lana is out for revenge, and liking Logan isn't the smartest thing for her to do. I loved how they both profiled each other when they first talked. The author feeds us small hints to her past and the reader is left with trying to figure out what may have happened in Lana's past. Logan is lonely and because of his career he hasn't had much time for relationships. This should be an interesting ride to see how their relationship plays out.

I really liked this book and the story is very interesting so far. It does end quite suddenly and I think the 5 books that I have on my ereader as individual books, are actually just one book that is cut up into 5 books (don't know if this makes sense lmao). Anyway, I does count very nicely towards my reading goal! The lovestory is super interesting and I could not stop reading and the tension was obviously there. The storyline was good enough too. This was an enjoyable book, but noting extraordinary.

This book was super good! Really like the overall premise. I’m anxious and looking forward to learning about what happened with Lana and what is going to happen next.
