Reread before I finish the trilogy with Storm over Camelot. I'm rating book 5 stars as I did when I first read it. I will devour any form of Arthurian Legend fiction and was overjoyed to find a story focused on Morgan/Morgana. I love that it begins when it truly begins, with her birth. I love watching her grow and shape into the character we know and expect from the legend. Although, Keetch gives her depth and a humanity that is left wanting in the legends. This book really is the 'coming of age' for Morgan and I love how it introduces her power, her loyalty and her rage.
