A real page turner that i absolutely devoured. Haunting characters, horrible torture and abuse, and a captivating plot. Nothing was as it seemed. I didn't know who to suspect, who to blame, or what to believe. The short chapters made this book absolutely fly by, making each page turn addicting. I couldn't put it down. I had to know what happened next, what would be revealed next, and who would turn out to be truthworthy. Wonderfully done, I will think of this book for months.

It took me a minute to get into this properly, but once I got past the first few chapters I got sucked into the story and finished it the same day. Would absolutely recommend, and I’m starting the sequel ASAP

So many twists and turns in this book! I love how artfully things were revealed and the way it switched from Millie’s POV to Nina’s in part 2 and we got to see things from her perspective
