3/5 ⭐ 4/5 🌶️ 📖 My Thoughts As always, dusky boys are the sweetest 💖 This one wasn’t as fun as the first one, but I still enjoyed it. The plot seems to linger just below the surface in these stories which can make it drag a little at times. ⚠️ Triggers Some of the trigger warnings for this book include spousal infidelity, depression, suicidal ideation, pregnancy & childbirth, violence & blood. 🌶️ Spice Just like the first book, the spice was super delicious. It’s safe to say that I love monster 🍆 and smut. I love that Opal drags out the tension without making us wait too long and her writing is always descriptive enough to make my imagination go wild. 😈

I don't think I'll ever love these as much as the first one, but Delora and Magnar were pretty cute together. (with the exception of how annoying she was as a person...).
