I actually can’t believe that this book is done. The closer I get to the end of this series, the more empty I feel 🫠. I loved Hyacinth and Gareth. They just suited each other so well, and they’re one of those book couples that you can just tell genuinely love each other. I thoroughly enjoyed the jewel hunt of this book. It definitely added more to the story, and just made it more entertaining overall. I liked that Isabella found the jewels first and then hid them again for Hyacinth to find. I thought that was really cute. The smut made me giggle a bit ☺️. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is because they didn’t reach Benedict and Sophie or Colin and Penelope level for me. Overall, I give this book 4.75/5 stars, and I’d definitely recommend it.
