A Photo Finish
I've seen every square inch of Violet Eatons delectable body, and she has no idea who I am. Until now. What happened between us online, in our chats, was meant to stay anonymous and in the past. Until it didn't.

“She’s like sunshine on my face. Warm and bright. I feel like I’ve been living in the shade, in a dark corner, and rather than dragging me kicking and screaming out of it—like so many people have tried to—she’s just shifted over a little bit to share her light.” ~ Cole you beautiful damaged man I adore you 😭😭. I liked this book even more than the last one, I loved watching Cole and Violets relationship evolve and I’m always a sucker for anonymous texting in a book. I eat it up every single time. I hated how Violet acted at the end of the book however, she didn’t show Cole any grace when he was truly struggling. It’s not like I thought she should quit or anything but when your boyfriend has a panic attack watching you fall off a horse because that’s how his dad died you could have at least a tiny bit of compassion and not just tell him to fuck off. And she then goes on to throw a temper tantrum like his feelings are not valid too and he apologizes but she never does. I wish she would have showed him some compassion here because she acting like he did something to hurt her when in reality he was just a man suffering with PTSD. Too much tough love in my opinion. I adore Cole so much tho and their whole relationship overall was amazing. This series isn’t as good as chestnut springs which owns my heart and soul so I’m trying not to compare too much because it is still good. Also Cole and Pippy 🥹🥹. One thing this series has over Chestnut Springs is an abundance of pet horse content and I’m here for it. 🌶️ 3.5/5
