I was really loving this book for the first half but then the paceing got weird and it lost me a little bit. This was still a very fun read but I think there was something missing. I am still really excited to read the second book and I hope I enjoy that one even more than this one. I do recommend the audiobook it was very fun.

I always enjoy a Laurie Gilmore book, and this one is no different. It’s a small town, werewolf, romance with a touch of mystery and magic. There are so many twists and turns it kept me glued. I really enjoyed the relationship between Ruby and Lena, and how it changed over the course of the book. I also definitely want to see more Theo!! There was also some fun moments, they felt very found family when the whole crew was together, it brought a good valence of joy/humour into the story. I definitely did not see the ending coming!
